Tokenized real estate
A real-estate token is a claim on a building, on shares of the company that owns it, or on a loan against it. Those are different assets.
A dash means the public record we checked does not say. It is not zero, and it is not a guess.
How to read a real-estate token
- Ask which of the three the token is, and which law governs the issuer.
- Ask whether redemption delivers the property, a cash sale, or neither.
- No real-estate deal is on this leaderboard until a public source supports each filled cell.
